WELCOME TO THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR!

The Third Grade team would like to welcome you to CAC and to third grade. We look forward to meeting our new students this Tuesday at New Student Orientation. We will see all of you this Wednesday when our new school year begins.

This blog will be our main venue to communicate with our 3rd grade community.

Allow me to introduce our third grade team:

Chelsea Hicks - 3H - room 202
Raluca Dranca - 3D - room 206

3W will have swimming the first day of school. 3D will have swimming on Thursday. Bring your swim gear.

Look for our next newsletter on Sunday, August 20, for more information to help you and your child prepare for this third grade year.

We look forward to seeing you,

The Third Grade Team

From Your Second Grade Teachers

Do you remember Ms. Mona, Ms. Shanon and Mr. Roberto? They told us that they are already missing you and can't wait to hear all about your summer breaks.

If you worked on any of your homework packets during this summer, bring them to your Grade 3 teacher. Meet Ms. Mona, Ms. Shanon or Mr. Roberto at your Grade 2 classroom on Wednesday 23rd during lunch or lunch recess to talk about your summer homework and to tell them the best memories you have created during this time away from CAC.

  1. Hello, grade 3!

Be sure to return all of your summer checkouts on the first day of school. We have lots of books to put back on the shelves. You can help us by returning everything you checked out for summer reading.

Every ES student will need a library bag. The Spirit Store sells bags or you can use one that you already have. It should be a cloth bag and it should have your name on it. Make sure you keep it separate from your swim bag so the books don't get wet!!

    See you in the library!
